Dominique’s love for food started at just eight years old, learning family recipes and kitchen traditions alongside her mother and grandmother. By the age of 15, she was already working in the food service industry, building what is now over 20 years of experience in cooking, management, and hospitality. That foundation shaped her into not only an accomplished chef but also a dedicated business owner.

From intimate dinners for two to weddings and corporate events for over 1,000 guests, no event is too small or too large. Our menu is versatile, offering options for everyone—from meat lovers to vegans—always crafted with the freshest ingredients.
We prepare everything from scratch (excluding pasta and loaf breads), use only 100% olive oil and vegetable oil, and never add MSG. Our produce is sourced from local farms and markets, and our seafood is selected fresh daily. Even guests with special dietary needs can enjoy delicious, health-conscious meals designed just for them.
